Finally got a chance to use this top cap with one of my existing base plates, and the fit is absolutely perfect—no play or alignment issues at all. The machining is crisp and the chrome finish feels premium in hand. Exactly what I needed to build my own setup without buying a whole new razor.

The machining on this cap is flawless, and it seats perfectly on the base plate I paired it with, making the whole head feel solid. It’s nice that you can grab just the cap if you want to experiment with different base plates.
